Trainee Paraplanner
Aidan joined the Practice in October 2025 as a trainee paraplanner, following a successful period of work experience with the team. He is currently studying for the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning with the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), working towards becoming a fully qualified paraplanner.
Aidan holds a degree in English Literature from Bath Spa University, graduating in 2012. Before transitioning into financial services, he built a strong foundation in leadership and operational management through his previous role as a kitchen manager, where he was a key member of the management team.
His varied background, attention to detail and commitment to professional development make him a valuable addition to the Practice working alongside Henry and Michael.
